Welcome to Pixie Pop's Palace! These terms outline how I operate my store and what you can expect when purchasing from me. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Orders & Production
All prints are made to order. Please allow 3–5 working days for production before dispatch. Orders cannot be changed once they’ve entered production, so please double-check your details before checkout.
2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely through Big Cartel’s payment providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal). Your payment details are never shared with me directly.
3. Shipping
Orders are shipped via Royal Mail 48 Tracked from my UK-based printing partner (Inkthreadable). You’ll receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout, as I can’t make changes once your order has been placed.
4. Returns & Refunds
Because each print is made to order, I can’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
If your print arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order at [email protected].
I’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
5. Cancellations
Cancellations can be accepted within 2 hours of placing your order, provided it hasn’t yet gone into production.
6. Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact me. I’ll investigate with Royal Mail or my print partner and arrange a suitable resolution.
7. Intellectual Property
All artwork, designs, and images on this site are the original creations of my store, Pixie Pop's Palace/Pixie Pop. These works are inspired by popular culture but are not official merchandise and are not affiliated with or endorsed by the original creators or copyright holders.
