Dispatch times
All prints are made to order, which helps reduce waste and keep quality high. Please allow 3–5 working days for your order to be printed, packed, and dispatched.
🇬🇧 UK Shipping
All UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48 via my professional print partner.
Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days from dispatch.
Shipping costs:
• £2.70 for the first item
• +£0.50 per additional item
You’ll receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
🌍 International Shipping
I currently ship worldwide from the UK. Orders are fulfilled and dispatched directly through my print partner, Inkthreadable, using Royal Mail’s tracked international services. (Or USPS for USA)
Shipping costs are calculated by region and include protective packaging to keep your prints safe in transit:
Europe Zone 1
• £8.58 for the first item
• +£2.00 per additional item

• £10.84 for the first item
• +£2.00 per additional item
Delivery usually takes 6-21 working days from dispatch.
USA
• £7.08 for the first item
• +£2.50 per additional item
Delivery usually takes 3-5 working days from dispatch.
Canada
• £10.31 for the first item
• +£2.50 per additional item
Delivery usually takes 6-21 working days from dispatch.
Rest of World
• £12.24 for the first item
• +£3.00 per additional item

Lost or delayed parcels
If your print arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within the estimated number of working days after dispatch, please contact me via the contact form on the website or email at [email protected] with your order number and a brief description (or photo, if applicable). I’ll contact Royal Mail or my print partner on your behalf to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order. Once your order has been placed, I’m unable to make changes to the shipping address, as prints are sent directly from my printing partner.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes once they reach your country.
These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Unfortunately, I have no control over these charges or any potential delays they may cause at customs. To avoid unexpected costs, please check your country’s import rules before ordering.
If a parcel is returned to me because customs fees were unpaid, I can refund the item price once it’s safely received back — however, shipping costs cannot be refunded.
