Made to order
All prints are made to order, which means each one is created especially for you when you purchase. Because of this, I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or ordering the wrong item.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your print arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order via the contact form on my website or email at [email protected]
Include your order number and a brief description (or photos if possible), and I’ll arrange a replacement or refund for you.
Lost parcels
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact me with your order details. I’ll contact Royal Mail or my print partner to investigate and resolve it for you.
Cancellations
Because prints are made to order and often go into production shortly after purchase, I can only accept cancellations within 2 hours of placing your order. After this time, your print may already be in production.
