What kind of prints do you sell?
All prints are made from my original digital artwork, printed on high-quality paper using professional inks for vibrant, lasting colour. You can choose between Lustre art prints (smooth with a soft sheen) and Fine Art Bamboo prints (luxury matte finish with a natural texture).
How long will my order take to arrive?
Each print is made to order, which means production takes around 3–5 working days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! I ship worldwide. All prints are sent through Royal Mail’s tracked services directly from my print partner here in the UK.
How much is shipping?
Shipping prices depend on where you’re based. Here’s a quick guide:
• UK: from £2.70 (+£0.50 per extra print)
• Europe: from £8.50
• USA: from £7.00
• Canada: from £10.00
• Rest of World: from £12.00

If you order more than one print, a small extra charge is added to cover the extra weight.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Each print is made to order, so please allow 3–5 working days for printing and processing before dispatch.
Once shipped, delivery usually takes:
• UK: 2–5 working days
• Europe, Canada and Rest of World: 6-21 working days
• USA : 3-5 working days
You’ll receive a tracking link once your order has been shipped.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
Possibly, it depends on your country’s import laws.
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes once they reach your country. These charges aren’t included in your order total and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Unfortunately, I can’t control or predict these charges, and I’m unable to cover or refund them. If a parcel is returned to me because customs fees weren’t paid, I can refund the item price once it arrives back safely (but not the shipping costs).
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Please double-check your details before checkout, as I can’t make address changes once your order has been placed. Prints are sent directly from my print partner, and production begins shortly after your order is confirmed.
What if my order arrives damaged or goes missing?
If your print arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact me via the contact form on my website or email me at [email protected] with your order number and a photo (if applicable). I’ll arrange a replacement or refund for you. Please check it hasn't accidentally been delivered to your neighbour or a nearby address.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because each print is made to order, I can’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
If there’s a problem with your order (e.g. damaged or incorrect print), please contact me within 7 days of receiving it so I can make things right.
What payment methods do you accept?
All payments are handled securely through Big Cartel’s checkout system — you can pay by debit/credit card or PayPal.

Are your prints official merchandise?
No, all prints are fan-made artworks inspired by pop culture. They’re not affiliated with or endorsed by any official brand or copyright holder. Each design is an original piece created by me, celebrating the characters and worlds I love.
